From Barcelona, Spanish born Leonardo Munoz is a relative Newcomer to the USA Fashion Scene and is the Designer behind the Alex Vinash high-fashion Couture Collection creating exciting new custom-fitted clothing for Men & Women utilizing a technique he uses called "moulage" a form of moulding. And his designs certainly flatter the contours of the Stars raving about his pieces!

Recently Munoz was invited to compete as a top new designer
in Vogue Spain’s “Who’s Next” edition , and is currently still in the final. He got his start designing dance and ice costumes, while
choreographing dance and skating shows throughout Europe and utilizes these
skills to design aesthetically beautiful clothing while also giving art
direction and performing fashion styling work.
Much like choreographing a dance or skating show, Munoz now seamlessly
choreographs runway shows and fashion shoots, ensuring that each model is
dressed impeccably with proper runway presence for the audience and
cameras. Munoz modern yet timelessly
elegant design has resonated well with critics, resulting in numerous press
articles about his work. As a Stylist
and Art Director, Munoz is able to draw
from his former Argentinian ice skating background to influence his work.
Winning both national champion and being a professional skater has helped Munoz to incorporate a sense of
effortless movement, elegance and uncompromising stage presence in his
work. Each piece he creates is
magnificently crafted to incorporate
fabric and textures which are both contemporary and timelessly elegant.
Munoz focuses primarily on fashion design, but also works as an art director and stylist for several United States based fashion magazines and photographers, and has been asked to collaborate on the aesthetic design and marketing of two new boutique hotels. Whether appearing on the ice, Runway or a fashion magazine, Munoz’s work brings joy and effortless grace to his work. and cottons, which have been recognized by UNESCO as “heritage living art” recycled into high-design artistic
clothing. The“Alex Vinash” fashion line
has received critical acclaim in the USA
after showings in Europe. His
recent runway shows have included New York Fashion Week, Los Angeles Fashion
Week, Las Vegas and Boston fashion weeks
resulting in numerous features both online and in social media. Munoz has also
showed his gowns in a Runway show with actress Vivica Fox (Kill Bill , Forest
Gump) and Alex Vinash clothing has been featured prominently in many
